Does completing a campaign on more than one character matter or count towards HoM points/statues? For example, Eternal Hero of Tyria on two characters counting towards two points/statues or one? Thanks.

You can only put something in once. Having multiple copies of anything does not provide any benefit whatsoever, so in regard to your question, it will only count once.

It will count toward your individual character's HoM, but not your "account wide" view or the HoM points total (which is account wide).
